We’re a team led by co-founders Oren Meshoulam and Maria Popescu, who bring decades of combined experience across eCommerce, branding, advertising, and business leadership.
Oren’s background spans executive roles in international operations, lead generation, and digital scaling—including serving as CEO of a multi-million-euro eCommerce company. Maria brings deep expertise in brand development and creative strategy, having led campaigns for top beauty, health, and fashion brands before co-founding TMM.
Together, we’ve built TMM into a boutique agency with a full-service mindset—blending tailored strategies, scroll-stopping content, smart automation, and sharp media execution to help our clients grow with clarity.
